Monsters that respawn have a 100% chance of respawn when the hero's party gets far enough away or simply leaves and comes back with teleport spell
Good for grind exp and items with a group of monsters containing an elite monster together for example

If you want the opposite of the main mod, the enemies that respawns will not respawn until restarting the world (untested).
