UPDATE 1 : Fixed an issue with Thundermine that could break the mod, let me know if it happens again. Also, i'm looking into adding an option to cast High Levin instead of High Thundermine. UPDATE 2 : Fixed and oversight that made the previous version break things more than it fixes. Should be fine now.
love the mod, but after casting thunder boon, using thundermine ends up breaking my ability to cast any boons afterwards either way, kudos and endorsed!
Are you using other boon related mods by any chance ? Thanks to you i have found that my FullBoonSlash mod have some strange behavior with normal boon casting, but without it this mod works fine with me, i tried recreated your situation but can't make it happen.
And I use EXXXcellent's Mystic Knight mod to get the boons since i didn't know about fullboonslash originally. I usually use an xbox series s controller and bind x to fire, y to ice, and b to lightning. I can use both fire and ice with your mod more than once without it breaking, but once i use thunder and thundermine gets placed it usually disappears after a few shots of lightning then i can't cast any of the boons afterwards.
alright, i'll wait to see if his update fixes that bug. the other two abilities work pretty well though so i'll use them in the meantime. thanks for the responses and hard work!
I have finally encountered your problem and now i understand it better, it does not come from any other mod, fortunately, and i'll be able to fix it really quickly, you will be able to enjoy the game the way you want soon enough ! ^^
i can keep activating my boons with the mystic knight mod after i use thundermine, but i found new bugs to replace it if you want to try figuring them out next lol
i'm pretty sure i can spam Candescent Orb every time after it disappears, though i might need to test it a bit more but for High Hagol and sometimes High Thundermine i can only use them once before they don't activate with cloudward slash anymore. while i'm in that "bugged state" where i can't use thundermine or hagol, i can still use candescent orb and spam that. but it doesn't reactivate the other abilities.
and another little side bug (or feature), you can reset the script while a candescent orb is active and it kinda just stays there..
love the idea! was just wondering if you could change the skills. e.g. high levin instead of thundermine and possibly change the fighter skill used to activate it, like shield bash or compass slash
I already have some ideas for Shield Bash. Also, i have a mod that change Compass Slash / Fullmoon Slash called Fullboon Slash that grants you a random Boon while doing the skill. Here is a link if you want to check it out ^^ : Full Boon Slash
can i ask if it's possible to activate on enchanted counter instead? so it's like the mystic knight riposte from dd1 instead of something you trigger actively!
I have other plans for counter interactions but i can recommand you the Mystic Knight mod from EXXXcellent. He is aiming to recreate the feeling of playing Mystic Knight from DD1 into DD2. ^^
I like the idea but combined with your Fullboon Slash and because of the huge AoE of the orbs, it just makes Fighter a little too strong. Keep these kinds of ideas coming though, it really is cool.
Yes it is quite strong i know, but the idea is to play it in a solo/duo run with maybe a mod that enable a harder difficulty ^^ I'm glad you like it , i have some other similar mod in progress , little by little the FIghter will become a full fledge Paladin of some sort, hope you'll like it too ^^

I have tried many things to redo your situation and it seems that it's only with that mod. Arm you with patience and everything should be ok ^^.
