This info has already been mostly dumped. (I know, I dumped it.) I don't know if you can access these direct from the discord attachments, but here: Armor Data Item Data Weapon Data (Column `Y` is the model ID.)
For all of them, the *item id* is the second column; the one after the name.
I kinda forgot column headers which I didn't realize till I checked just now but that's a problem for tomorrow's me as I'm off to bed. I think I'll just throw up the editor I made to deal with these in spreadsheet form tomorrow. (For now it's on the Discord server below.)
