Amulet of Power - Unlimited Use and No Character Requirements

Amulets of Power will no longer shatter after being equipped. You can equip an Amulet of Power, then remove it, then re-equip it as many times as you'd like to get as many ability points as you'd like. An additional version with character/follower requirements removed is also included, so any Amulet of Power you obtain will work on any character.
