Port of DAO's non-Dalish elf/human tattoos that replaces some of DAI's vallaslin.

A friend asked for this, so here's a port of DAO's non-Dalish elf tattoos for DAI.
Replaces tattoo_elf_01 and tattoo_elf_03. I left Mythal's tattoos alone so Abelas will show up as usual, but other elf NPCs who use the replaced vallaslin designs will be affected. Will conflict with other vallaslin mods; don't try to use multiple at the same time.
Both a Frosty and DAI Mod Manager version are uploaded, so pick whichever you prefer.
