Slider are on Russian language, but i tried to make easier for you understand everithing.
Here i used few simple mods:

Bigger horns for FemQunari - 37.5
HAIRSTYLE DAY DAI - Skysims 257g HF-EF-DF-QF
Eyebrows 4 Women and Katherine Face Texture - Eyebrows 4 WOMEN - Qunari (all versions)
Fresh Skin for fQun
Another mod (not necessary) just recommendation:
Clothing Options for Qunari Female - QF Prologue and Skyhold Replacer (Antaam Ataash) ALT VERSION
Isabela hair and Piercings for All - Isabela Piercings for the Inquisitor - Requires Trespasser DLC
femshepping's Recolours of Dmitrias' Isabela Piercings For All - moonstone
