Changes Celene's ballgown from blue to red, and changes the metallic details to silver.

This is a personal mod that I merely experimented on to see what Celene would look like in a red ballgown. I
found that I quite like the look of Celene in a red ballgown, so I decided to upload this mod in case anyone else wanted it :)
This mod is not compatible with any mods that alter the look of Celene's ballgown. It should, however, work fine with any mods that alter Celene's complexion, mask or hair.
Please do not re-upload to other sites without my permission.
