    Isabela turns up earlier as the mod readme states but then cannot be recruited, she simply does not appear on the selection screen.

    Mostly commonsense mod in the game. The way the developers should have gone.

    If I have Fools Rush In active before getting Anders will it be safe to remove the mod?

      The mod only forces Isabela's first cutscene to play earlier. It's safe to uninstall at any time, as stated in the description. :)
