Not sure if this is a conflict on my end or not, but the Warrior starting armor for females has white arms regardless of skin color? The fingers tint but the arms themselves (when the gloves are equipped) remain pale.

    Hello!

I will be using King Alistair in his Fereldan outfit part of your mod, but I am curious about something and hope you can answer my question.

How did you change his clothing? I have other NPCs where I can go into the .UTC file and modify their outfits... but King Alistair (along with a few other NPCs) have what seems to be unique ID codes. King Alistair's is 10006. These unique codes seem to make it so you can't change their clothes (compared to say... Teagan... who has 15 - for Human male, and he is easy to change). How did you get around this limitation for Alistair to get the new outfit on him?

Also, was his outfit three pieces (gloves, boots, chest), or is it treated as just a chest piece? I ask this because I found a mod that has a crown, but the only way to get it on the character is by having the outfit as just one piece, which the modder who made the crown goes into the .gda file and makes it think that the outfit is three pieces, making the glove and boot slots visible again... The crown then goes into one of those "invisible" boot/glove slots and she repositions it to be on the head.

    Hope you can help!

    Thanks, Julia

      Hi,

If you unpack the file you'll see that I edited a .uti, .utc and .gda file. The .gda ensures that it covers his hands and feet - if you edit these files accordingly, you should be able to put a crown on him

Thanks! This is great news! :D

But, if I may ask. How did you modify his .UTC file to change his attire? Did you change his ID code from the "unique" one to the "regular human male" one?

I ask, only b/c there are other NPCs with these "unique" codes, that I'd like to take a crack at modifying their outfits for my playthrough... but I don't want to break the game by changing something that I should not.

      Thanks. :)

Hello. I'm sorry for my English, it's not my native language, so I used a translator.
Avelin's armor has a problem with gloves: https://ibb.co/TtyQb7T
The other guards' glove textures are displayed correctly.
I tried removing all mods and using only this one, but the problem hasn't gone away, so it's not a conflict of mods.

Hi, your english is fine. Can you try this file and tell me if that fixes it?

Unfortunately, it didn't work. Aveline's gloves still look weird. :(

okay, try this one. same name, make sure you have the original mod installed tho, this one replaces various gloves that have the same mesh. god willing one of them should work, but rando NPCs will have the gloves lol.

Hey vaelsmod, since people in comments already pointed it out, i'm just letting you know that the king alistair inquisition outfit is still glitchy. I have a picture to show how it clips with alistair's arms and feet. If you're still active in DA2 modding, then I hope you can fix this if possible. I tried everything to fix the problem myself, such as removing other mods or changing game settings, but none worked (and yes I tried these changes before accepting the quest related to alistair). So the problem definitely with your mod. I don't know how screenshots of the inquisition king outfit i find on various DA2 nexus mod pages always look normal, maybe it's an older version of the outfit perhaps?  I know you deleted an older mod that had the outfit, maybe that version is not glitchy? I think I used to have it but lost the files unfortunately. Sorry i'm just nitpicky about this stuff and how it's all immersion breaking to me etc. Anyway here is the screenshot to show the problem. Love the mod. Hope something can be done thanks.

Hey, thank you for letting me know. I've been kind of sick and not interested modding DA2 much, but I've uploaded a new version. Please let me know if that fixes it the issue.

It works! Yay lol. I should let you know when i first downloaded the files, Alistair had a floating head only. I found out the mod files need to be compiled into erf format to make it all work, so you should probably do that in another update so people won't have floating heads! Thank you for going out of your way to fix this issue. I hope you get well soon.  Take care.

Hey. A very beautiful substitute for women's clothing. But I got a problem NOBA Replacer and NOBE Replacer not working in my game. Women's dresses do not change. The other three dresses change and are wonderful.
In the folder - Gents - Pick n Choose-4195-1 - NOBC Replacer does not work.
Sorry for the bad english, this is not my native language.

Hi! I just wanted to say that this mod is super cool and switches up some of the npc clothing nicely. Its also nice to see more consistency throughout the games.
I was really hoping that Alistair's king mod would work but for some reason he just shows up in his small clothes (shirtless) I've tried taking all of the other mods off and nothing seems to be conflicting. I have also tried installing other files and they all work. I installed the mod before accepting his letter so I am not sure what I am doing wrong. If there is something obvious that I am missing, I would really love the help.

Aww, ty! I hope to update it soon to fix some tinting issues, but it's nice to know they're enjoyed even so.

Did you install the file before Act 3? Unfortunately Alistair's outfit doesn't change if you install it after the act starts (and even sometimes if you did I haven't figured that out yet)

I love this mod but when I used the Chantry robes, all the ones that use the hat version had the hair clipping through the hat really badly. This obviously doesn't happen on the screenshots so I'm not sure what went wrong.

non-grand clerics should have no hats, so if they have hats pls confirm for me and I will take a look at the file :D

They had hats. Elthina did as well but she also had the hair clipping problem.

Did the meshes all look similar to Elthina's, or were they the ones with pants? I need to know that much bc otherwise it means I uploaded an old version (if they all look like Elthina's) but if her's is unique it just means i forgot to hunt down all the cleric heads and replace them with bald heads so they wouldn't have clipping hair. Elthina should already have a custom mor though.

I really love your king Alistair mod but his forearms and feet keep clipping through the clothes. I tried removing all the other mods, disabling HD textures and lowering the draphics but nothing helps. I saw several pictures where it works just fine, though. So I was wondering if you don't have some idea why I may have this problem?
