Most merchant discount-related perks and quest rewards (e.g. RIvet City market discounts for Wasteland Survival Guide quest, Followers of the Apocalypse high faction standing discounts, Master Trader perk etc) are useless due to very generous vendor Barter skill-based discounts. This overhaul fixes that by making all of these factors important.

This mod fundamentally changes the game by turning health/mana/stamina autoregeneration off completely. You will have to rely on overhauled healing/regeneration potions and food to keep yourself alive and going. Nothing hardcore.

Makes Destruction magic both relevant and enjoyable to use by making all of it's perks and enchantments increase it's damage instead of lowering mana cost - you won't be able to cast a lot of spells in a row because of prohibitively high mana cost, but each spell you cast will hurt. A lot. Fair and balanced though, no free OP bullshit.

Yes, I did waste a few hours of my life back in the day to accurately measure this multiplier to match the speed you get from place to place on foot for the sake of immersion (standard player jogging speed that is faster than walking and slower than stamina-consuming sprinting)
