A very simple mod I've made for myself ages ago.
It makes a few dozen areas in DC respawn the same way New Vegas areas do. Covers a lot of Raiders and Super Mutants, a few Mirelurk nests, Deathclaw Sanctuary, Yao Guai tunnels and some more.
Areas share the same global respawn timer you have in Tale of Two Wastelands.
