and follow the instructions on that mod page:

My Documents>Bioware>Dragon Age>Packages>Core>Override Folder

You can use the morphs as NPCs by renaming them. e.g. rename hm_alexander.mor to
hm_genfl_alistair.mor and dropping the file in your
My Documents>Bioware>Dragon Age>Packages>Core>Override Folder

3. Make sure you have the required mods (listed below) installed properly.

Note:

Please be aware that the presets (mop files) won't look exactly like the faces in the screenshot or
the faces you see ingame when using the .mor files!
The ingame CC tends to distort the faces to various degrees, I tried to compensate that as best as I could.
