   Negative on the scar. That is a skin texture by another mod author. I'll try to find you a link.
   
   Just drop the whole Roma Victa tats folder in your override. The game will use high or medium depending on your options settings.

   Two questions.
   
   Does this tat also add the scar your images are showing?
   
   Am I supposed to use both the med and high file or just one or the other?
