Installation:

Unzip the download file.
Place the Roma Victa tats folder in your override folder.

My Documents/BioWare/Dragon Age/packages/core/override (Win XP path)

There is no need to do anything with your chargenmorphcfg.xml.

These files will override the BioWare default tattoos of the same name.

The in-game character creator will automatically use these when you create a Dwarf Commoner character.

High and Medium texture versions included in all three LOD.

You can also use them in the DA Toolset, of course.

Removal:

Delete these files from your override folder.
