Updated for DE v6.66. (Mayo) Full Auto Buff and 0 Crucible pip on Fodder (restored from Game Play Fundamentals and Non-Meta Weapon Buffs by Konvaz).

Added: Better UI Grenade Sounds: (by Proteh, tweaks by Rowge1) I replaced the sounds with my 2 kids. One says "Grenade" the other "Ice Bomb", for both the switching and recharge sounds.
