Changed the time on power ups.

Permissions and credits
Doom Eternal. Steam Version 6.66.

• Berzerk = 2 Minutes.
• Onslaught (Quad Damage) = 3 Minutes. (Originally 3x now 4x)
• Overdrive (Haste) = 3 Minutes. 

EternalModManager Installation:
1.) Download "eternalmodinjector.zip" from https://gamebanana.com/tools/download/7475
2.) Extract "eternalmodinjector.zip" to DoomEternal directory example: \steamapps\common\DOOMEternal
3.) Place my mod to the "mods" folder example: \steamapps\common\DOOMEternal\mods 
4.) Click "EternalModManager" to install mod & load game.
