Made a few changes to weapons.

Permissions and credits
Doom Eternal. Steam Version 6.66.

Arsenal Reworked.

• Increased fire rate.
• Reduce fire spread.
• Reduced Mastery Requirements.
• Instant Plasma Microwave Detonation.
  
EternalModManager Installation:
1.) Download "eternalmodinjector.zip" from https://gamebanana.com/tools/download/7475
2.) Extract "eternalmodinjector.zip" to DoomEternal directory example: \steamapps\common\DOOMEternal
3.) Place my mod to the "mods" folder example: \steamapps\common\DOOMEternal\mods 
4.) Click "EternalModManager" to install mod & load game.
