Traduzione ufficiale italiana, rivista e corretta per Doom 3 ed espansioni (inclusa Lost Mission mod). La patch ITA funziona anche con il gioco senza mod purchè versione 2004, D3HDP è comunque consigliato per il gran numero di fix grafici e sonori.
