Simulates a New Game+ by giving the player all weapons and upgrades at the start of the game

- All weapons, mods, upgrades, and Masteries
- All Equipment items
- Jump Boots
- All Suit upgrades, such as Weapon Swap Speed or Power-Up Duration.
- All Argent Cell upgrades, namely health/armour/ammo upgrades. Note that only 3/4 health upgrades are given, so that the player can use the mandatory one at the end of Resource Ops.
- All Runes, fully upgraded
- All relevant tabs in the inventory menu are also unlocked
Boots, Runes, and Suit
- Jump Boots
- All Runes, fully upgraded
- All Suit upgrades, such as Weapon Swap Speed or Power-Up Duration.

Boots, Runes, Suit, Masteries, and Equipment
- Jump Boots
- All Runes, fully upgraded
- All Suit upgrades, such as Weapon Swap Speed or Power-Up Duration.
- All weapon upgrades and Masteries. After acquiring a weapon and picking a mod from a ModBot, said mod will be fully upgraded and Mastered. Note that you may need to un-equip and re-equip a mod for its upgrades and Mastery to take affect.

I've also run into a bug where if you finished "The UAC" with the Air Control rune equipped, next mission it will become equipped without taking up a rune slot, preventing you from un-equipping it. But since a rune slot is now free, this bug also now allows you to equip a fourth rune.
