Hi! Thank you for this mod, however I can't seem to get it to work. It's in my plugins folder, unzipped, but when I load up the game, there's no config file. I'm on Bepinex 6. The pause button is there, in the journal, though. But the speed up/down and pause buttons dont work, and I have no way of slowing time

If I use Vortex there isn't a config file, is there another way to set the default time speed?

Hi, thank you for this mod! I can't seem to figure out how to decrease the speed of the game. I'm pressing "-" but it doesn't seem to be doing anything? The pause if working with F9 but the "+" and "-" doesn't seem to be working.

Make sure you're pressing those buttons on your numpad, not next to the number row of your keyboard. If that doesn't work, you can rebind them in the config file.

I just can't seem to make this mod work. The Value one is working, but this Time Management won't cut it. When I enter my saved game, it pops up with the time being set to 0,6 something. But there isn't anywhere I can change it. I carefully followed the instructions and made sure requirements are met (all 3). Still no luck. Anyone who can help me please?

It says you haven't downloaded any of the files. Which version did you install? Did you change the settings in your config file?

Hi SlowCircuit. I want to thank you for your mod firstly, but after this game update, the time pause is no longer valid. I'm confused if the mod is no longer compatible or something else. The following are related logs?
[Info   :   BepInEx] Loading [Time Management 1.3.0]
[Info   :Time Management] Plugin tinyresort.dinkum.journalpause (v1.3.0) loaded!

Hi SlowCircuit.. I want to thank you for this mod , I'm excited to get this working but it is not atm.
I have walked through all the instructions more than once and the thing i am finding is that the "tinyresort.dinkum.journalpause.cfg" file. that is supposed to be in the config file does not appear...
There was a update to allow to save things in the cloud... not sure if that makes a difference to anything.
I dont know what I have done wrong
I have no other mods installed.. this was the first install of bepinEx and Journalpause mod
    any help would be appreciated

oh and im on dinkum v.0.4.6

this is the error that is showing in the BepInEx.Core

[Error  : Unity Log] NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object

I'm having the exact same problem, same error message, no cfg files created (just fresh installed bepinex and all your mods). It also says further above "0 plugins to load" despite all the mods having been extracted to the plugin folder.

Those errors are from the base game and don't affect mods.
      1. Did you install the correct version of BepInEx? Version 6.0.0-pre1 or the latest bleeding edge build are both valid, but v5.4 is not.
      2. Did you extract the plugin(s) into the Dinkum/BepInEx/plugins/ folder? If you left them in their zipped folders they will not work.

The Bleeding Edge version will be an issue unless you have a pre-600 build number version. It is best to download the 6.0.0-pre1 build from the Github page:  https://github.com/BepInEx/BepInEx/releases/tag/v6.0.0-pre.1.

Ah, that's the issue. Apparently the latest bleeding edge won't work. Download the version of BepInEx that Tanyrus linked.

Hello, first of all, I like your MOD very much. I have been using it without problems before, but it seems that the version was updated yesterday. Today, the MOD is suspended and it is no longer available. Pressing F9 does not respond, and reinstalling it does not help. How can I solve it?

The version of what? We haven't updated the mod and it doesn't look like Dinkum has updated.

Then why did I press F9 today, nothing happened in the game, and the time didn't pause. Reinstalling the mod doesn't help, it was working fine yesterday

I double checked and there was no update to the dinkum code, and I'm unable to reproduce your issue. F9 still pauses time for me, as does opening my journal. Do either (or both) of you have any other mods? Is it possible updating one of those caused a compatibility issue? Maybe both of you could just list every mod you have installed and let me know if you updated any of them recently?

"+" and "-" can adjust the time speed, but there is no response to pressing F9, and the time cannot be paused. What is going on? Now I only have the time management mod installed in my folder, and nothing else is installed

Can you open your configuration file (steamapps\common\Dinkum\BepInEx\config\tinyresort.dinkum.journalpause.cfg) and check if your "Pause" setting is still "Pause = F9"? That's very odd.

Only mods are Museum tooltips, craft from storage and pausing. But now I cant seem to get any of them to work, even though I followed the right bepinex etc.. :(

It is a 7zip file. Most extraction programs should work, but if you can't extract it, try installing the 7zip program. I plan to upload zip files in the future to avoid this issue.

This mod just stops the time on the clock, but does not pause the game right?

It stops the clock and anything dependent on that time, so if you stop the clock (using the hotkey) before 8AM John will never go to open his shop. But it allows you to keep moving. The same thing happens when you pause with the journal, but you can't move with the journal open.
