Paints Rosie the Riveter on the side of a USATC S100 tank engine. Compatible with Number Manager.

Adds two skins:
1) "USATC Plain" a black livery with "TRANSPORTATION CORPS U.S. ARMY" written on the side tanks.
2) "Rosie Riveter" Same as USATC Plain, but with Rosie the Riveter painted on the side tanks, and the name "Rosie" written on the nameplate and smokebox.
