Adds a silly skin to the Diesel Shunter: Ivan the Inebriated

This mod is likely incompatible with Derail Valley since Simulator's release, I will not be updating it, if anyone else wants to update my mods they are more than welcome to.
"Ivan the ŽS series 621 or "Ivan the Inebriated" was a former Derail Valley Military Shunter that was sold off to the Oil Companies of Derail Valley after getting vodka in his fuel tank and destroying 72 Boxcars of Ammunition. Despite cleaning out his fuel tank, Ivan is still seemingly drunk, nobody knows why exactly, just that he is. despite being constantly intoxicated, he manages to move tankers full of both flammable and explosive materials with ease and has [somehow] never caused an accident!"
Here is another skin I made also over a year ago. I've been uploading my work to Nexus because there's stuff I made that was available but is partially not available. I know the Skin Pack has Ivan the Inebriated already, but I also wanted to upload my 2nd joke version "Ivan the Inebriated discovers what a jpeg is. Also the Derail Valley Oil Company wanted me to remind you not to drink and drive, or drive under the influence of any substances or chemicals, unless its Vodka."
How to Install:
-Download Unity Mod Manager
-Download and install Skin Manager
-Download this, and place the files in a directory that should look like: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Derail Valley\Mods\SkinManagerMod\Skins
