I've installed the mod and it's working correctly because I received the new items from the tutorial but when I try the use the blue eye stone it doesn't seem to place my summon sign at all
I play this mod since 1 Week. Its aowesome to play with a friend on the Emu, but the Boss health is to much with 4x. And i found a gamebreaking Bug. I can´t enter the Tower Knight Boss fight. Emu crash in an isntant.
Hi, I was able to restore original boss health while keeping new items behavior and changes to player health in summon form. BUT in the process I've removed new items from the tutorial area - if you pick them up and finish the tutorial before extracting my files on top of this mod, you'll keep them and they'll work as expected. Here's the link.
Download and install this mod (fog walls included version)
Complete the tutorial, be sure to pick up new items
Close the game, extract the archive I've linked so that you override "Demon's Souls\BLES00932\PS3_GAME\USRDIR\param\gameparam" folder
Clear the emulator's cache by deleting the contents of "Demon's Souls\dev_hdd1\caches"
Play the game
Breakdown of the things I've done:
restored original values of every file in gameparam folder apart from: equipmtrlsetparam.param, equipparamaccessory.param, equipparamgoods.param, equipparamprotector.param, equipparamweapon.param (tbh this is a guess, their names just imply that they have something to do with inventory and equipment so I've left them there)
extracted gameparamna.parambnd.dcx (the one that comes with this mod, not the original game file) using WitchyBND (can be downloaded from github)
inside gameparamna, replaced NpcParam.param with original version as it seems to have NPC health values (aside other things)
repacked gameparamna using WitchyBND
copied repacked gameparam to Demon's Souls\BLES00932\PS3_GAME\USRDIR\param\gameparam
notes in case someone wants to pick this up and create fully working version:
as stated before, boss health is kept inside gameparamna.parambnd.dcx/NpcParam.param. If you extract this file using WitchyBND you'll get an xml with values like these: <row id="510000" name="坑道1 大蜘蛛" behaviorVariationId="51000" aiThinkId="510000" nameId="5100" npcType="1" moveType="0" turnVellocity="0" useRagdoll="1" lockDist="27" isDemon="1" hitHeight="4" hitRadius="2" weight="10" material="59" materialSfx="59" hp="1650"(that's entry for armor spider) you can modify these values to make version with 2x health / etc
npcparam.param file is also located inside gameparam folder. I have no clue why it's duplicated both here and inside gameparamna.parambnd.dcx and I don't know which one has precedence. To be safe I've restored both.
it will probably work just fine (just my guess) if the only files you replace are npcparam.param and gameparamna.parambnd.dcx, but honestly I'm already tired of this and I don't have the means to test it right now
Is there anyway to remove restrction of blue eye . There is few time me and my friend can't put blue and we haven't kill the boss. both tried in soul and body form. but we can put red. and it's randomly fixed after few log out and suicide

Also, can u make a version WlTH0UT F0G in which F0G is only removed on maps that don't cause problems when is removed?
