Just place and replace this file in:
AppData\Local\BendGame\Saved\Cooked\WindowsNoEditor\BendGame\Content\Weapons\Projectile_Weapons\Rifles\ACC_Honeybadger\Blueprints

This .pak won't conflict with the main file

After installing the Honey Badger Remaster 1.0 .pak file in your Paks folder, place this file in:
AppData\Local\BendGame\Saved\Cooked\WindowsNoEditor\BendGame\Content\Weapons\Projectile_Weapons\Rifles\ACC_Honeybadger\Blueprints

(create folders as needed)

place .pak file in your AppData\Local\BendGame\Saved\Paks folder.

(first rename sfpaks folder to sfpakss if you already haven't - located in steamapps\common\Days Gone\BendGame\Content)

This is the "let him cook" method which I find works better if you don't want to worry about .pak file order and if any of the files will clash with each other - cooking means the game will use the files in the cooked folder instead of its own stock files
