Place the Anni2.module file and the Anni2 folder in your Dawn of War 2 Retribution directory (which is normally located at \steamapps\common\dawn of war ii - retribution\).
Next change the launch options of your dawn of war 2 launcher on steam or on the exe
the arguments added should be this
-modname Anni2 -dev
