Adds a new gamemode which is Annihilation, but free for all.

I was craving a free for all annihilation so I made it.

*Ignore the points selection in setup screen it doesn't matter, no victory points are in the match.
*If you have any issues message me
*I will add a version containing cost and cop overhaul
2.0 Fixes the old gamemode selection misalignment, but you've gotta run the bundled exe to launch the game
