Version 3.0
- Spells rebalance - They're stronger now; They're still complementary to the melee combat, but they're worth using now and they're lots of fun
- All Ranged weapons have been rebalanced - Ranged combat only is possible now when dealing with regular enemies; Against bosses it might be too tough. Be sure to have the right combination of rings to get the most out of you bow/xbow
- Arrows and bolts capacity increased
- Arrows buy/sell prices adjusted. They're much cheaper to buy now.
- Bows have much higher durability, allowing you to use them for extended time
- Some materials item drop rated adjusted
- Materials sell prices reduced
-
Version 2.61
- Reduced Yhorm's HP so that now players can fight him without using the Storm Ruler.
- Storm Ruler will now be obtained by defeating Yhorm and can't be obtained earlier.
- This is an attempt to make his fight feel more like a real boss fight and restores some of Yhorm's dignity.
- The HP of all Dragons (except Midir and the Ancient Wyvern encountered on the narrow bridge in Archdragon Peak) has been reduced, so that sniping them is less time consuming.
-
Version 2.60
- Small nerf to Heysel Pick's DEX scaling. Was too powerful.
- Whips deal more stamina damage.
- Small buff to the stats of NPCs in NG.
- Investing into the Vigor stat past the 50 threshold grants more HP.
-
Version 2.59
- Fixed a bug where Sir Vilhelm could not heal himself with Great Heal.
- Sir Vilhelm's Dark damage has been toned down a bit.
- Less upgrade materials are needed when reinforcing equipment. For regular items, from +1 to +9, 1/2/3 Titanite Shards/Large Titanite Shards/Titanite Chucks are needed instead of 2/4/6. While for Unique items, from +1 to +4, 1/2/3/4 Twinkling Titanite/Titanite Scales are needed instead of 1/2/4/8.
- The prices of upgrade materials have been increased to balance out the fact that less of them are needed now.
- NPC stats boosts at NG+2 and beyond have been toned down so that the game does not become impossible to beat.

-
Version 2.58
- While wielding Yorshka's Spear your FP regen is negated. Yorshka's Spear restores 5 FP per attack. To balance things out, it's base damage has been reduced by a very small amount, and it's stamina usage has been increased by a bit.
-
Version 2.57
- In NG+ *ONLY*: The HP of enemies has been reduced by around 33% (which is 200% of the vanilla NG+ enemy HP). Their damage, however, has been increased in such a way that every level will now be at roughly the same difficulty as The Ringed City level.
- Storm Curved Sword: Base damage nerf. Was much too strong.
- Leonhard: Drops 20k souls, now.
-
Version 2.56
- Moaning Knight: Fixed his extremely low damage.
- Painting Guardian from the Halflight 'boss' fight: Reduced his HP by 25%.
- Shira: Doubled her lightning damage.
- Ringed Knight Paired Greatswords: Greatly increased their fire damage which also increases their WA damage. (it was nerfed in a previous version)
- Irithyll Rapier: Nerfed it's scaling by a bit.
- Crystal Sage Rapier: Nerfed it's scaling. Was doing too much damage.
- And with the arrival of this update, the mod is now pretty much out of the beta phase. All that's left for me to do is kill Gael and my NG playthrough with this mod is over. So it's safe to say that the game can be finished successfully without any issues.
-
Version 2.55
- Increased the drop rates of titanite slabs.
- Eleonora: WA buff lasts for 180 seconds as compensation for the long cast time.
- Judgment GS: WA damage buff.

- Painting Guardian Curved Sword: WA damage buff.
- Barbed Straight Sword: Very small base damage buff.
- Morning Star: When Bleed infused, the weapon will have a higher tier of bleed.
- Rebalanced most Halberds.
-
Version 2.54
- The weight of all greatshields has been reduced by 25%. I've realized that I was never using greatshields due to their huge weight restrictions.
- Dragonslayer Armor from Ringed City: Doubled it's HP.
- Black Knight Greatsword/Ultra Greatsword/Greataxe: Have more stability and blocking defensive stats, they also get increased by reinforcing the weapons.
- Ringed Knight Straight Sword: WA light attack FP cost lowered.
- Ringed Knight Spear: WA buff lasts for 25 seconds now (was 15). Reduced WA cost so that now the full 3 hit combo can be used without the Farron Ring.
- Wolf Knight Greatsword: WA light attack damage has been increased by 25%. I felt like it was too high risk - low reward.
- Dancer's Enchanted Swords: Lowered WA FP costs.
- Rose of Ariandel: No longer shows equipped spells as if they were highlighted.
- Dark Hand: Reduced weight to 0.
- Follower Torch: Weighs 1 now.
- White Faced Locusts can drop titanite slabs now.

- Upgrade materials shop prices adjusted.
- More titanite slabs are rewarded from quests etc.

Version 2.52
- Fixed Yuria's set not dropping together with her ashes like it should.
- Increased the drop rates of Titanite slabs that drop from stronger DLC enemies.
- The light and strong attack parts of Splitleaf GS's WA deal more damage now, as I felt it is a very risky WA for PVE without much of a payoff.
- Black Knight Glaive has more physical block def and more stability which also increase with weapon reinforcement level.
- Winged Knight Halberd's WA deals 20% more damage.
-
Version 2.51
- Friede's Scythe: Buffed it's physical damage. Increased it's defensive stats and block stability. Reinforcing it also increases block stability and block physical defense.
- Removed the FP regen penalty of some of the weapons.
- Fume UGS, Smough's GH, Morne's GH and Ledo's GH have less base stability, but higher stability growth when reinforcing.
- Rose of Araindel: Fixed it's bleed effect missing.
-
Version 2.50
- Ariandel's HP reduced by 50%.
- Second and third phase Friede's HP reduced by 34%. She was a nightmare, well...she still is, but at least now she is beatable.

- Valorheart: Has 55 base block stability, now.
-
Version 2.49
- Onyx Blade: The physical damage part of it's WA has been reduced. It was doing way too much damage.
- Quakestone Hammer: It's WA stamina consumption has been reduced by 50%, so that now it can be tied into combos.
- Livid Pyromancer Dunnel: Decreased his physical damage, but increased his fire damage by a substantial amount.
- Hodrick: When encountered in Road of Sacrifices during NG+, he should no longer be able to one-shot players, like it was the case even in the vanilla game.

- More Ariandel enemies drop more souls +50/100% depending on enemy.
- Crystal Lizards: Drop more upgrade materials.

- Vilhelm: Does more Dark damage to compensate for the fact that his combat behaviour got bugged for some reason and he can't heal anymore (couldn't fix the problem, at least not yet).
- Carthus Shotel: Now has the moveset and WA of the scimitar (it was much too similar to the Carthus Curved Sword). It's damage has also been adjusted to be in balance with it's new moveset.
- Rotten Ghru Curved Sword: Nerfed it's base damage as it was way too strong.
- Painting Guardian Curved Sword: Nerfed it's base damage as it was way too strong.
- Dark and Chaos Infusions: Have suffered a tiny nerf, so that now they're more on par with the other elemental infusions.
-
Version 2.47
- Most enemies from Ariandel will drop more souls.
- Changes to the Follower shield and Sunlight shield.
-
Version 2.46
- Shields balance tweaks.
-
Version 2.45
- The poison/bleed/frostbite resists of some of the bosses/minibosses have been buffed so that they can no longer be cheesed that bad. Affected bosses/minibosses are: Greatwolf of Ariandel, Oceiros, Lorian, Friede and Gael.
- Poison, Bleed and Frostbite have received a small nerf in an effort to balance them out more. They're still very strong in the right situation.

- Nerfed the HP of Sulyvahn's Beasts (it was buffed too much in a prior update).
- Fixed some titanite slabs not dropping plus some other upgrade materials drops tweaks.
-
Version 2.43
- Fixed some issues where the spells Frozen Weapon and Projected Heal still dropped, while they shouldn't have anymore. Now, instead of Frozen Weapon, Magic Stoneplate Ring +2 will drop, and instead of Projected Heal, Wood Grain Ring +2 will drop, like it should have been in the first place, but somehow things got mixed up.
- Before this update, the Magic Stoneplate Ring +2 dropped instead of an Ember in Ariandel, and the Wood Grain Ring +2 dropped instead of a Fading Soul in the Dreg Heap.
- IF you already looted Frozen Weapon and/or Projected Heal, but haven't looted one or both of the rings, I suggest you go find the rings first before installing this update. Sorry for the inconvenience, but s*** happens.
- IF you installed this update before doing the things mentioned above in that order, and you somehow messed up rendering the rings unobtainable through the normal means, you can use an item swapper or item spawner to get them.
- IF you looted both the spells and the rings, it's all good, this aspect of the update won't affect you in any way.
- IF you haven't looted any of those yet, again, everything is fine and you don't have to worry about anything related to this matter.
- Soldering Iron: Fire damage buffed.
- Follower Javelin: WA elemental damage ratio reduced. It was buffed in a prior version and it proved to be way too strong.
- Crescent Moon Sword: WA damage nerf reduced. It was buffed in a prior version and it proved to be way too strong.
-
Version 2.42
- Whip: It's scaling has been buffed.
- Spotted Whip: Scales only with DEX now.
- Witch's Locks: Received a small nerf.
- Rose of Ariandel: It has warcry as a WA now. It has been rebalanced to fit in with the other hammers.

- Life ring has been buffed to: 8/12/16/20% max HP increase.
- The sunless set drops together with the sunless talisman and it won't be available for purchase from the shrine handmaid any longer. -
Version 2.39b
- After conducting a few tests I have decided to reduce the damage of Albert and Black Hand Kamui in GA. They were a bit too extreme.
-

-
Version 2.37
- King of the Storm's (aka Nameless phase 1) HP reduced by 33%.
- Nameless King's (phase 2) HP reduced by 50%. This was already a difficult and tedious bossfight even without my mod's changes, so I decided to make it more reasonable.
- Buffed the base damage of Saint Bident by a small amount.

Version 1.23
- Items that normally become available for buying from the Shrine Handmaid after defeating a boss or an unique NPC will no longer appear in the merchant's inventory. Instead, they will be dropped or received automatically by defeating the said boss or unique NPC. Although I was pretty thorough, I hope I haven't missed any.
- Also, weapons and shields that can be obtained as drops from various enemies will no longer be sold by merchants.
- That being said, if you have already defeated any boss or unique NPC, but you haven't bought their gear pieces from the Shrine Handmaid, I suggest you do so before installing this update (v1.23) as after this version those items will no longer be present in the inventory of the Shrine Handmaid, and there won't be any other way of obtaining them except for defeating the mentioned enemies, obviously.
-
Version 1.22
- Twinkling Titanite and covenant currency items drop chances adjustments.
-
Version 1.21b

- Mossfruit last for 120 seconds now.
-
Version 1.19
- The stability and physical defense of all shields have been completely reworked based of their weight and how difficult or how far into the game they're obtained. The further you gen into the game, the better the shields get.

- Lloyd's Shield Ring: 12% bonus absorb at 70% or higher HP.
- Pontiff's Right Eye: 3/8/15% bonus damage.
- Plus a few fixes.
-
Version 1.17
- Durability of paired weapons greatly increased.
- Less Twinkling Titanite drops from enemies. It was too plentiful .
- Knight Slayer's Ring stamina damage increased to 25% from 20%
- Sun Princess Ring grants 1 flat HP regen per 0.375 seconds now.
- Yorshka's Spear's absorb effects buffed to 0.4% HP + 3 flat, and 2 flat FP per hit.
- LOTS of unique weapons reinforcement parameters balancing.
- Plus other minor tweaks and fixes.
-
Version 1.16
- Nerfed raw infusions by a bit as they we're way too good even past +4 (they were buffed initially)
- Unique shields reinforcements tweaks.
- Curse Ward Greatshield actually grants curse resistance now.
- Further upgrade materials and gems drop lists tweaks and fixes.
- More minor miscellaneous tweaks.
-
Version 1.15
- Lots of improvements to the upgrade materials drop lists.
- Whips damage nerfed by a bit. It was way too high.
-
Version 1.14
- Many tweaks to the newly added upgrade materials drops lists.
-
Version 1.13
- IMPORTANT UPDATE: Fixed newly added upgrade materials not dropping. They all work now.
Although, their drop rates are a lot smaller than they should be. This will be fixed in the next update.
- IMPORTANT UPDATE: Fixed newly added upgrade materials not dropping. They all work now.
-
Version 1.12
- Increased the health restored by Ring of the Evil Eye to 30/42/54/66 per kill.
- Increased Dark Sword's strong attack and WA damage to compensate for the huge stamina usage.
- Reinforcing Fume Ultra GS, Morne's Great Hammer, Smough's Great Hammer and Ledo's Great Hammer increases their physical defence and stability when blocking.
- Arstor's Spear restores 3% of your max HP per kill, now.
- Yorshka's Spear restores 0.3% HP +3 flat HP per hit, now. (along with the 1% +1 flat FP it already has)
-
Version 1.11
- A small nerf to Eleonora's WA lifesteal - 0.6% down from 1%.
- Buffed Butcher Knife's regular attacks lifesteal without WA active.
- Buffed Butcher Knife's strong attack lifesteal, but nerfed WA lifesteal as it offered way too much sustain without any drawback.
-
Version 1.10
- Enemy damage parameters restored to their original state as the game still felt kinda easy. Player's mistakes weren't punished hard enough. Works for NG+ too, now.
- Fixed a ring that mistakenly dropped in two places.
-
Version 1.09
- Enemy damage parameters restored to their original state as the game still felt kinda easy. Player's mistakes weren't punished hard enough. So far only NG is affected by this change.
-
Version 1.08
- Twinkling Titanite and Titanite Scales can drop from more enemies now. Further increased the drops of Titanite Shards, Large Shards and Chunks.
-
Version 1.07
- Rings have the same effects for single player and multiplayer now. I'm not sure but the game might recognize npc phantoms as players, hence the modification.
- First version of Covetous Gold Serpent Ring now drops in Cathedral of the Deep instead of Farron Keep.
-
Version 1.06
- Drop rates for all kinds of Titanite upgrade materials increased.
- Number of upgrade materials received as rewards from various NPC increased.
- Drop rates of all covenant items increased.
-
Version 1.05
- Increased the damage of Scythes by 10% as they felt pretty weak compared to other weapon types.
- Nerfed the early versions of the Ring of Steel Protection since they are obtainable much earlier in the game now.
- Now, it's stats are as follows:
- Ring of Steel Protection - 5% Physical Absorb
- Ring of Steel Protection +1 - 9% Physical Absorb
- Ring of Steel Protection +2 - 13% Physical Absorb
- Ring of Steel Protection +3 - 17% Physical Absorb
-
Version 1.04
- For some reason Ring of the Evil Eye +2 dropped instead of Fire Clutch Ring in Undead settlement. This version fixes it.
-
Version 1.03
- Base item discovery reduced. It was way too much for normal gameplay scenarios.
-
Version 1.02
- The way shields infusions and reinforcements work have been completely redone. Now, infused shields gain stability when reinforced the same way as the regular shields do. This is how things should have been in the first place, but apparently FROMSOFTWARE was lazy as hell and didn't gave shields their own reinforcements parameters, so they used the same ones the weapons used. Also, a few regular shields that used the wrong type of reinforcement parameters have been fixed.
- Some 'simple' infusion improvements.
-
Version 1.01
- Fixed some rings that dropped where they shouldn't had plus a few more tweaks.
