Since theres a lot of feedback that this addon doesn't work, heres detailed guide how to make it work:
1. Download iGP11 Tool 2. Extract the archive and install both files in followin order: ?2a. Setup.exe (dont worry if it fails, it means that you have never version of visual C) ?2b. iGP11Installer. 3. Download Keyboard Icons (this mod) 4. Run iGP11 and under "executable file path" point it to DarkSoulsIII.exe 5. Press "Launch Game" and exit the game after Title Screen. This is done so iGP11 could create necessary folders for next step. 6. Extract previously downloaded Keyboard icons mod (you should see "tex_override" folder with keyboard icons in it) ?6a. Copy or Cut WHOLE tex_override folder 7. Go to Dark Souls 3 installation folder > Game > iGP11. ?7a. Paste previously Copied/Cut tex_override folder. ?7b. If done correctly, now when you enter iGP11 > tex_override folder you will have keyboard icons in it. 8. Start iGP11 Tool again. 9. On the left side click "Plugin Settings" option. ?9a. Change "rendering mode" to "none" (if left "depth buffer" your game will be completely black unless set up correctly) 10. Next on the left side click "Textures" option. ?10a. Set "detail level" to "default" ?10b. Set "override mode" to "override" 11. On the bottom-right click big green button "Launch Game"
Note: From there, every time you want to have "Keyboard Icons" in game you NEED to start the game via iGP11 tool, otherwise you will have default, joypad icons. In this case use "iGP11.Launcher" icon from your desktop as it will directly run the game. This is simple texture injection and as such there is no reason that it shouldnt work, however, as previously said, you need to run game trough "iGP11.Launcher" every time since iGP11 injects those textures in the game.
Just take the iGP-launcher shortcut, rename it to Dark Souls III and give it the DS3 icon. Won't even know it's not the original shortcut and by using the -launcher you won't have to go through the iGP menu.
I tried to look up the mod, but there is nothing called "Pyroprotec", so I can't tell what could be wrong. The mod simply changes icons for the buttons and that's it, so if your mod does something similar or somehow related to it, it probably causes trouble

Works with DS3 mods just fine.

I've been looking at the logs and this is what it should be showing right?
And now after I restarted my PC it wouldn't work anymore
I've already tried your step by step instructions and nope, not working. If there's only a UXM or Mod Engine version of this mod, that'd be better.
Edit: Oh it already exists: https://www.nexusmods.com/darksouls3/mods/823
Thanks for the fix
Will this mod get me banned online?
The mod is called PyreProtecc at Dark Souls 3 Nexus - Mods and Community (nexusmods.com) - Enjoy if you enjoy?
