(maybe) stupid question: under the msg folder I see the itait folder too; does it mean this mod is finally compatible with the italian version of the game?
One more question, if I may: what's with the enc_regulation.bnd.dcx file? Isn't that a Dark Souls 2 file? And yet when I downloaded the DS1-DS2 version of this mod on this page, I still got that file o.o
bro, what if i said to you i accidentally uploaded a fix of my ds2 mod here instead of the actual ds3 lore overhaul, would you believe me?
BTW, recent edit, I might be able to add in details about Ringed City lore in the next update, since Lokey, the one who posts theses which explains RC lore without localization error, uploaded a draft of the Ringed City analysis
I would TOTALLY belive it, that's something I might end up doing as well xDDDD Anyway, when you'll publish the Ringed City update I might think about doing an italian translation of your mod, if you have nothing against it ;)
I see no problem in you doing that, I just added now some things regarding Caitha/Velka that were relevant to Carim lore and i think that im done with making ds3 lore more explicit in item descriptions
There are A LOT of changes made, I can say the ones that I remember and tell them to you, but not directly, since I dont want to spoil you the mod
Ok here it is:
Gundyr's origins and how he became the Judge of Unkindled Ash
Anri and Horace being more than just survivors of Aldrich's Man-eating obssession
What happened to the gods during Ds1-Ds3
How Ds2 was pretty much the reason that the kingdom of Lothric came to be
who was the first scholar of the Grand Archives that secretly taught Lothric
Changes some boss names in order to be right with the JPN translation, like, Aldrich Devourer of Gods being called Saint Aldrich, the God-Eater
The origins of Londor
From the best possibility that I could come up with, what happened to the Old Ones, fragments of the souls of the 4 lords of Ds1 that want to keep clinging to the world (Gwyn, Izalith, Nito and Seath) after the events of Ds2
What exactly are the Untended Graves
References more of Ds2, leaving little callbacks to previous areas
Why is the corpse of a Tree Giant from Ds2 in the shrine
this is the most that i remember mate, i recommend you read lokey lores work, it may be pages long, but its worth the time, that I guarantee
I did a read over the Lore explained by "Lokey Lore's" hard work and I believe that if you relied on it to make such changes the project would have been really excellent. My only criticism and possible suggestion (for the more puritanical) would be that you add a complete chancelog of all the texts that have been changed (containing the original version and the new one changed by the mod). This is just for a broader query and therefore makes it easier for the public to know exactly what has changed and how it should look in the game. This suggestion applies to the project: Dark Souls 3 Lore Overhaul Mod [https://www.nexusmods.com/darksouls3/mods/1625]

I find +3 rings like Ring of Love with +1 and +2 but Ring of Favor +3

Can you also do this for Dark Souls II Scholar of the First Sin?
I am a lore enthusiast who tried to connect the dots for the game's story.
and I would love to see the direct translation from the Japanese version of Dark Souls 2.
mod discarded
