Another version of the "Life Ring", which is balanced for both the first playthrough and all subsequent ones, up to NG + 7
One ring provides bonuses from many others, + HP/FP/Stamina and health/FP regen.

Choose one version at the time of the file you need (of course, even on the first playthrough, you can use the "Extra" version, which gives a lot of stats that I have balanced for higher NG's. But, it's your choice...).
Copy the file "Data0.bdt" to the game directory:
"...\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\DARK SOULS III\Game",
replacing the original (It's worth making a backup of the original. But don't worry if you break something: you can always run a "files verify" through Steam itself). Choose the "Life Ring" as your starting gift, or find other versions of it in the game world.
Change from one version of the mod to another when switching to different, higher NG+ (or choose one version and don't worry anymore)
Do not forget that changing game files leads to be "PENALIZED". But, you can always create a new Steam account and "share" most of your games with it. This will allow you to return to a "clean" server with "honest" players again. Don't forget your save files.
