To get to it warp to "The Tower Apart" or "McDuff's Workshop" bonfire, but make sure you have it unlocked prior to installing the mod.
To install first unpack your game with UXM and then place folders from archive into your game directory (where DarkSoulsII.exe is) with replacement.
