I don't have DSR so I won't even be able to test it. You can try to use it as is. I think it should work with DSR just fine, but don't quote me on that. EDIT: upon first glance the file for DSR has a different extension and I have no idea whether it has something else that is different. Try to just change file extension of this mod to .dcx, so it looks like this: menu.drb.dcx. I don't think it will work but worth a try.
Update: Just wanted to report about the method to port the mod to DSR you mentioned, but I couldn't make it work (the game got stuck while loading the main menu).

Hello, currently I found some overhaul mods like Prepare to die again and a new mod Age of Sunlight have some new status effects added to the game so they use a different menu.drb file. May I ask if you could make a compatible file for these mods? Thank you in advance.
Sorry, I'm not gonna incorporate any tweaks from this mod into other projects I'm not interested in. It's more tedious than I wish it would be. Perhaps someday. Your best bet would be asking the authors of those mods to make necessary adjustments to their version of menu.drb since they apparently already know how to tweak the file.
Thank you very much for making this adjustment. I've been using the original mod for some time and got quite tired of having to open the menus to see what my humanity and souls were at.

Btw, TKGP mentioned that MinHUD was made using a hex editor, did u do the same to make your version?
I'm trying to make smth similar to yours for DS:R, and been messing around with HxD, but no results so far...
