Hey, so I noticed that when closing DSDAD the mod I "drag and dropped" into DSDAD needs to be dragged and dropped back when I reopen it. Am I doing something wrong? Or is this supposed to happen? I'm not sure if it'll affect my game in any way.
That's how it works. There are 2 alternatives though, in which you don't have to 'drag and drop' every single time:
1. There is a folder called 'dadmod' within the gamefiles (in DATA), place the mods you'll always use there, and launch the game via DSDAD. The files from dadmod are always loaded.
2. Save your mod setup. This should create a .stp file. Double click it, and make windows recognize it as a file format of DSDAD. Now once this is done, if you double click again, DSDAD will open, and will automatically load that .stp file.
trying to load age of sunlight it loads all the files except partsbnd files and tpf files stating that "Did not find "m14_N_lava_00_n.tpf" in the filenames list. Ignoring file." is it related to this "Special case found: "item.msgbnd.dcx" requires multiple installs. (10 total) Special case found: "menu.msgbnd.dcx" requires multiple installs. (10 total) Special case found: "menu_local.tpf.dcx" requires multiple installs. (9 total) Special case found: "DSFont24.tpf.dcx", requires multiple installs. (5 total)"
All my appreciation to this! It's very useful if you don't have a lot of knowledge about mods or if UDSFM doesn't works, but I have a question.
UDSFM works with PTDE Steam version, and the last updated. So, if you have a pirate version because DS PTDE is not available anymore, it will probably work wrong. I though that DSDAD will fix this, and you could mod a pirate version (DATA ver., sure) but that's when my problem starts. I have a DS PTDE DATA version, and I did everything right. EXE location works well, but when I try to launch DS manually because I can't launch it via Steam, mods are not applied. Now, I’m not sure if I can apply mods to the pirate version launching manually.

Hope this helps.
i think if i had enabled texture override in dsfix it would have worked
program is overall wonky. make a backup of your data folder before attempting to use this
