Hey tbonex. I found a better workaround : If I click the DealDamage button outside the combat enough times, allies with low hp just get deleted from my party, which is intended. I keep going until only one hero is left alive (with very low health). Then, I click the Heal button enough times to instantly restore his health to max.
I was just wondering if this would give you an idea to implement a nicer workaround.
A blatant problem with this is that only tanky allies can survive this, also if I have two tanky allies with close enough health, they might both die at the same time.
I just downloaded to test this mod. It is working as intended.
Something to note: The Main mod is for the Epic Games Store Version only (patch number specific). The Alternate mod can be used with Steam and Epic (any patch). Are there other mods that you are using? You can try a fresh install. You can also verify your files first and then install.
Binarizer's Miscellaneous Mod Plug-In was able to lock quirks. Outside of that, it seems to be unknown how to do so. However, that said mod needs to be updated again in order to work with the Binding Blade.

You assumed correctly. All Hero Trinkets In The Valley causes the chirurgeon fight to hang. I tested by entering the Tangle with the stated mod. Upon entering the fight, it would not move past the loading torch. The mod has not been updated since May and new info has entered the battle config table. I analyzed and saw that it is an easy fix the mod author could do. Thank you for pointing this out earlier.

seems like the recent update broke the actor menu on steam, everything else seems to work.
Was wondering if it is possible to make it so that you can start a run with less than 4 chosen heros in your party at the crossroads.
The only workaround for now is to kill heros in the Valley fight which is tedious.

Press Alt+J outside of combat to load the ActorEditor up. You can add/remove quirks and diseases there.
