A simple config edit capping affinity between characters to 14 to remove negative relationships from the game.
- Permissions and credits
Make sure you only enable this before you select your party members, no promises it works with an ongoing run.
I do not like the relationship system in the game, so here's an edit to force all relationships to be good.
If you think this is too game breaking but don't like negative relationships, you can open the csv file and change "LeaningMin" to 9 which is the bottom limit of neutral affinity, by the end of a run you'll likely have a 5-25% chance for negative relationships depending on the quirks your characters have.

This is extremely cheaty, so feel free to edit the file yourself to change it to your liking.
Install by dropping the affinity_rules_export.Group.csv file into
Darkest Dungeon® II\Darkest Dungeon II_Data\StreamingAssets\Excel
Overwrite when asked.
Uninstall by deleting the file and verifying file integrity or just change the edited values back to default, which are
m_LeaningStart,9,
m_LeaningStartReserve,7,
m_LeaningMin,0,
m_LeaningMax,20,
