Version 1.0
Initial release
After creating my other mod, Classic Spell Icons Upscaled, I decided to make a reimagined version. Upon finishing the original set of spell icons reimagined, I wasn't completely satisfied with how they turned out. So, I continued on to create an alternate set of spell icons reimagined (which is the set I prefer and use myself). Which spell icon set do you prefer?
Installation: Simple, just extract the contents of the archive file into the StreamingAssets folder.
Other mods:
I highly recommend using the Enemy Spellbook (total icon reassociation) mod by TacticalTrickery so the game utilizes the majority of the spell icons on the atlas rather than the games default usage of mostly the yellow and orange 'X' squares. The mod is available on the classic DF NexusMods page but works for Unity as well. If you swapped your health and fatigue status bar colors in the DFU settings, download the optional AlignedToRedHP file instead of the main file. Installation requires replacing the SPELLS.STD file in the ARENA2 folder. I chose to use the CORE mode (rather than EZ mode) as it appears to utilize 5 more icons on the atlas.
DREAM by KingOfWorms really makes DFU look much better. That mod page has an extensive list of recommended mods to consider using with DREAM.
I also use the Hotkey Bar mod by Macadaynu to have quick access to my spells.
