Added compatiblity with Daggerfall Expanded Textures 1.0.0 and later versions.
Daggerfall Expanded Textures (DET) was recently updated to 1.0.0 with its main change being renaming the texture IDs. This was made because it was discovered that textures with numbers prior to 1024 could cause issues with areas not loading when fast travelling. This update also resulted in several mods that used DET's pre 1.0.0 update to break cities that had DET's textures, including this one.
Note that while I updated all of my mods to use DET 1.0.0, other mods that didn't update require DET Legacy, available from the mod's download page in the optional files. If you previously downloaded DET Legacy, keep it.
Do you have the latest version of Famous Faces? If you do, you may have Cities Overhauled, which may change the armorer's block present in Dak'fron. In that case, you will need Daggerfall Expanded Textures (DET) Legacy Version, available in that mod's optional files. Cities Overhauled hasn't been updated to work with DET's latest update yet.
I have the latest version of this mod but I dont use Cities Overhauled. Even after disabling everything but this mod and its dependencies the city is still empty. Also another minor issue Im having is I cant interact or talk to Skakmat
Famous Faces only changes the interiors of the palaces. It's compatible with either of them, though you're better off using only World of Daggerfall's terrain module. Interesting Eroded Terrain has been outdated for a long time.
For some reason, this mod makes Shedungent inaccessible for me. Nothing happens when I interact with the door. Upon disabling the mod, entering, saving and exiting, enabling the mod again & loading the save, the game freezes up in a weird way. The save seems to load fine at first, but the only thing visible is the hand icon in the corner, and none of the buttons work, including pausing.

EDIT: I moved this mod to the bottom of my load order, and it seems to work fine now. :)
Are the requirements listed the correct ones? Whenever I enter the mods list in the launcher and press to save & exit, I receive a warning saying that Famous Faces of the Iliac Bay failed to retrieve mod rmb resource pack, and may not work properly. Rmb resource pack isn't listed as a requirement
*Cannot enter Palace, door states "This house has nothing of value". - Discovered this during a "kill Imp at Palace" quest from quest pack 1. - Removing FFIB resolves the problem. Entered Palace, Imp spawned and was able to complete quest then went outside. - Re installed both Main Mod/New Painting Android. Moved to bottom of list with Varied Wealthy Homes. - Tested Mod. Still unable to enter Palace with mod active.

Just want to update. I did a "memory wipe" of locations in order to reinstall this mod to test along side the recent Beautiful Cities/Village android port.
All the previously mentioned mods worked flawlessly except for this mod. The same error.

Accepting certain quests from the inhabitants causes the interior of Lainlyn Palace to be replaced with a completely different (and definitely not vanilla) set of NPCs next time it's entered. Only way to fix it is to completely exit the game and restart it. Really strange, don't understand why the mod would contain two different interiors for the same location at all. No other mods conflict.
Did you install the mod after having accepted quests from palace NPCs? A script runs that changes the capital city palaces into new unique versions. If it's the first time you install the mod and you are in a capital city, the new palace will not show immediately. You'll instead need to travel somewhere and return to the city.
Generic, non-capital city palaces also get a makeover. If you accepted a quest before installing the mod, there's a good chance the NPC you got it from will not be there in the new palaces.
Also, ensure you have the latest version of the mod.
Hi! The Android port is now ready. You'll find it in the Downloads tab. Make sure to also grab the optional file labelled New Paintings as well. The author has not yet released an Android port and this is a temporary solution.

I've found an issue with flashing white texture on this particular shelf surface area of some palaces.
Also... any way you could add two female servants to this tub for "royal bathing" duties?🤣
The bookshelf issue is related to Improved Interior Lighting.
It isn't a big deal at all.🍺

Also, ensure you have the latest version of the mod.
Fast traveling away and back occasionally fixes it, but often does not. Unable to notice a reason why.
Once the problem has started, it persists even if a save is loaded from before the quest was accepted, requiring a restart of the game to fix.
