Decided to check out all the hoopla about Daggerfall this past weekend for the first time.
Coming from Skyrim the music sounded a little tinny even though the sound fonts included in Daggerfall Unity is way better than the original MIDI instruments it was designed to play on. After a little searching I found Dan Goodale who re-sequenced the music for something called Daggerfall XL and a dead project. Anyway check out the sample below.
drop the extracted folder "StreamingAssets" into the "DaggerfallUnity_Data" folder
Along comes theicedevil: I'm not sure and I didn't ask him but he may be closeted sound engineer. We now have better sound files thanks to him. you are welcome to check out discussion in the posts section. Enjoy his work.
