Weirdly enough, it was a mudcrab farmer out in Hjaalmarch who found these scrolls in a nearby cave not long after the Great War. Now, while there is some merit to the Hist-Source Theory, emerging research posits Iēsoûs may have in fact been a Nord named Hjersis Uwensen. While no historical record of Uwensen exists, these scrolls were magically identified to be written just after the Dragon War but before the 1st Era. Perhaps Iēsoûs was condemning the dragon priests of his day (these so-called 'Pharisees')?
