Leveling up to 82 now requires over 9 million experience points. A workaround to avoid spongy enemies when leveling up higher and higher past 81.(*Unless enemy scaling is actually based on your experience points and not your level)

Replaces the harness (Vest_10) with Johnny Silverhand's Bomb Bag from the Love Like Fire mission, along with some recolors of mine to choose. Now you don't have to wonder where you're putting some of the stuff you keep looting.

MALE V ONLY: Adds elbow pads to the line of vests with BaseIDs "Vest_01" at the cost of removing logo decals from these vests (i.e. Arasaka, Militech) also replaces the line of pants with BaseIDs "Pants_09" with Johnny Silverhand's leather pants accessorized with holster straps and Kneepads, for a full tactical look.
