MALE V ONLY: Adds elbow pads to the line of vests with BaseIDs "Vest_01" at the cost of removing logo decals from these vests (i.e. Arasaka, Militech) also replaces the line of pants with BaseIDs "Pants_09" with Johnny Silverhand's leather pants accessorized with holster straps and Kneepads, for a full tactical look.

Vests added with elbow pads:
Pants replaced by Johnny's Pants with holster straps and kneepads.
* Does not affect the vests or pants worn by NPCs
** Johnny's Pants is the only pair I could find at the time that had the least clipping issues with the straps and kneepads.
