This mod removes some restrictions from the item modifications system
- Makes 'fixed' scopes removable. 2.0 added 'fixed' scopes to sniper rifles, I don't like that so I removed that. Now this alone isn't good for anything cause while it allows you to remove 'fixed' scopes, it still only allows to re-mount the exact same ones. So...
- Allows you to mount any attachment to any gun. This allows you to change the 'fixed' sniper scopes, it also allows you to freely change any and all attachment. A long rifle scope on a revolver? Be my guest. Silencer on an Assault Rifle? Sure, why not. Please keep in mind that there are really a lot of different weapons in game and plenty of attachments, and not all of them make sense. And I'm not gonna tell you which goes where, thats up to you.
- Allows removal of item mods (optional). I wasn't even trying to do that but I stumbled upon that line of code, so I made an option.
