Who am I?
Publicly known as Eria HummingBird, I play the guitar since I was 10 y.o. and I’m a producer and beatmaker since 2015. I’m an independent music producer, which means I deal with everything from start to finish: composition, arrangements, mixing, and mastering. It pleases me to compose music associated with a variety of genres. This diversity doesn’t afraid me because each style nourishes the other, either from the approach I take during the production process or on the sound design.
Obviously, I’m a player too. I love TheWitcher III: Wild Hunt as well as Cyberpunk 2077. I’m very impressed at how talented CD Projekt RED’s team is to write such good characters. They are the only ones who know how to do it this way, I mean when we talk about a great action / RPG adventure game.
What is this Night City Nights radio?
Night City Nights is an EP of 5 tracks of electronic music (house / dance) with a small touch of synthwave and hip-hop influence in it. It’s a radio that you can add to your game via Radio Ext to Cyberpunk 2077 to extend your music choices on the radios inside the game.
The 5 tracks of this EP are fully original. They are inspired by the world and ambience of Cyberpunk 2077. It’s a project I have been working for a year and a half now, and I’m very pleased to see that this is finally being released!
Why did I do this mod?
I really wanted to add my own touch to this awesome game that is Cyberpunk 2077. I didn’t want to simply add a playlist of music that I personally enjoy to listen. The purpose of this long project was to really introduce a “DLC”, an add-on to the game. I really wanted to try and compose original music as if I was working on the game, like I was part of CD Projekt RED’s development team.
During the composition of this album, CD Projekt RED made the announcement of a contest for the creation of a community’s radio that will be part of the game with the release of the main expansion Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty. I participated, me and 3000 others musicians or bands… I had no chance to be one of the selected. But that’s not a problem! I’m very happy to do this here, on Nexus Mod, and become a member of the modding community. I’ve been mainly modding The Witcher III:Wild Hunt and Cyberpunk 2077 for quite some time now, and I wanted to add a creation of my own this time.
How do you get your hands on it? (Installation)
Only install my mod with the “Manual Installation” way. It’s very easy, don’t panic, you just need to drag and drop things to the right place.
WARNING: Cyber Engine Tweaks, RED4Text and Radio Ext are not optional; you’ll need them if you want my radio. Download and install them before installing my mod.
Steps:
1. Download the file on the “download section”.
2. Unzip the file with 7-Zip or WinRar.
3. Enter “Eria_HummingBird_Station”. Inside you’ll find “archive” and “bin” files.
4. Simply Copy / Paste or dragand drop into Cyberpunk 2077 directory.
5. Replace files if you’re asked.
6. Check that the game is launching and that the mod is working. To do so, just go into a car and open the radio list and search for mine.
7. Enjoy! Hope you’ll like my music.
How do I get rid of it? (Uninstallation)
First, I’m very sorry to hear that you weren’t satisfy with my radio and music, and hope to see you elsewhere, for another kind of musical adventure together.
If you want to remove the mod, just delete the bold files:
Cyberpunk2077\archive\pc\mod\ eriahummingbirdstation.archive
Cyberpunk2077\bin\x64\plugins\cyber_engine_tweaks\mods\radioExt\radios\EriaHummingBird Station

I do not know what is this “directory” you’re making reference to in the 4th step of the installation process.
Default location of the directory: C:\Program Files (x86)\GOG Galaxy\Games\Cyberpunk2077
With GOG Galaxy 2.0 launcher you have a parameter button at the right of the play button
onto the game page: Manage Installation -> Show Folder that open the directory.
It’s the location of your game on your computer. If you have doubts, search the archive and bin files.
Will I get trouble if I replace files?
No, you won’t, cause if when you copy / paste my 2 folders it asks you to replaces files, it will be only files that are mods files. No “game break” assured!
Will you be mad at me if I decide to uninstall your radio?
I will not, but I can’t say that I will not be sad to know that you were disappointed with my radio… But if you don’t like it, I can’t force it on you. Thanks a lot for already paying attention and listening to it!
How much time did you invest in the making of this radio?
It took a year and a half to finish this project. Composing the music, writing, recording, creating the mod page, artwork / visual – it took time, but I learned a lot by doing all this.
I loved this Night City Nights project and I would like to listen it into my car in real life, can I?
Of course, you can. Night City Nights has been released on all streaming platforms on September 1st, 2023. Choose your favorite and listen to it wherever and whenever you please, with whoever you like! Just go to my LinkTree and Eria HummingBird’s world is yours.
