I believe limited hud allows you to change the color of highlighted objects, the outline and on the inside. You can set it to transparent, and you will only have green outline of the object you are scanning.

@ XKN you can do it with Limited HUD open "MOD SETTINGS" go to "LHUD ADDONS" search "Objects Coloring - Fill colors" and "Objects Coloring - Outline colors" and here choose "Transparent" for whatever you want (Weakspot, Interaction, Clue, Hackable object, Hostile character, ect)
I've actually been trying to do the exact opposite. Those effects have never shown up for me and I'm not sure why. I don't have any mods installed related to the scanner or anything light related. I'd like them to show up. If anybody has any insight into this it would be much appreciated.
When installed together with the mod "FX Begone (Full Vignette Removal and Modular Effects Options)", specifically the vignette module, they conflict or basically have a double negative effect on the green tint removal. (I think)
What is up with this stupid trend of introducing focus/scan mechanic and then murdering it's entire purpose by cluttering the screen with a bunch of visual noise? Jezus christ. Is there any chance to make a mod so it removes the shitty squares in the middle of the screen too? That'd be fantastic. Edit: NVM, just found "Preem Scanner".
