Negates counting robots as kills.

Negates kill count when not the killer.
This fixes the kill count so it no longer counts other people's kills as your kills, and doesn't count the robots incorrectly typed as androids as kills. Without this, it is impossible to legitimately play a no-kill playthrough.
Counts Civilian kills and creates separate counters for NCPD, Gang Member, Cyberpsychos
And destroyed counters for Android, Devices, Drone, NCPD Drone, Mech, and Spiderbots
