[NC_Ambient_NPCs 2.0] has decoupled from being a Redmod and gone to the most basic and direct way the .config file (which is all this is) can be read. There are several new values that are currently untouched with v2.0 release that i haven't changed with this version but plan to test for further updates. It's entirely unneccessary to have a .ini tweak mod such as this tangled in a .redmod archive format at all + my not have the time to change it for the onslaught of updates that are bound to come following Phantom of Liberty.


Enjoy it uncooked and ready to change if you like! This will override the global vanilla values that touch: crowd/, crowdmovement/. NOT compatible with other mods that change these values.
