Cyber Engine Tweaks V1.8.3 required!
it is important to delete the OLD mod
Go to Cyberpunk 2077\bin\x64\plugins\cyber_engine_tweaks\mods and delete JB Third Person Mod -
This will replace the cyberarms to normal hands for appearance.
Try a mesh changer mod for the best possible fix!
This will fix the clipping with gun issue.
Still working on a proper fix. -
