Beside subjective of personal taste, I knew that so many type and models of Monitors/TVs out there. LCD/LED/OLED/QLED ; IPS/TN/VA... etc.
And they have their own characteristic (from neutral colors to vibrant colors, high to low black levels/white point, etc).

Therefore I made a simple adjustment UI for this mod.
You can adjust Color Saturation, Dark Levels, Light Intensity, etc.by press END keyboard button to show-up Reshade UI.
Just adjust the value to matching with your current screen (Monitor/TV) or fit with your taste/liking.

    Note:

    • If you are not using TAA, DLSS or RTX effects (that using de-noise process), you may turn down the sharpness value from default (0.700) to lower value to prevent over-sharpening effects.
    • This shading version is NOT aimed for performance wise, if you're prefer shading with a performance wise you may try the lite version from here: https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/77
    • If you love this shading style, and you also playing Assassin's Creed Valhalla then you may also like this shading: https://www.nexusmods.com/assassinscreedvalhalla/mods/31

    Cheers,
    Chris

ps. I will take a break to work with this Cyberpunk 2077 shading. Maybe I will continue it later, after CDPR released their major game updates (January-February) with massive optimization. Now I'm focus to create my new project : Simple Realistic for Mortal Shell. If you love Demon's Souls game, then you might also love this game! You can take a peek the progress preview from here:
    https://www.nexusmods.com/mortalshell/images/9
Update: It's ready to download now: https://www.nexusmods.com/mortalshell/mods/7

also a global lighting mod project for Spider-man 2 PC:

ps. maybe since this Cyberpunk2077 also made by CDPR, somehow so many new friends starting to contact me and asked whether I made a custom shaders mod for The Witcher 3.  Yes, You may try my old mod for TW3 from here :
    https://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/3110
Keep in mind this is an old mod (I made it in 2016, I re-uploaded to Nexusmods on May 2018), therefore still based on the old Reshade 2.x.x framework.

    15022021 - UPDATE #1

Version 1.09b : updated to Reshade Framework 4.9.1. This new Reshade version is using shaders cache. So everything should be so much faster now. Also added "Border Effect" by pressing PgDn (Page-Down) keyboard button.
Note: Don't forget to clean-up your previous Reshade or my previous Simple Realistic version, since this version will not compatible with the older Reshade Framework.

Recommendation settings for non-RTX cards (read in video's description carefully how to set it) and its result :

    Howdy!

This is a great preset. Gets my endorsement!

I do have a problem, it's not a problem with this preset but I'm posting here hoping you or someone else has an idea how to solve.

So, regardless of whether I have any mods or reshade installed, I get this odd ghosting/trailing image on my hand/gun when I look around. It's especially noticeable in dark areas. I've turned down/off all possible graphic options and the only one that seems to make a difference is DLSS. If i turn it off then the trailing is mostly gone.

Again, this is NOT an issue with this preset. Just looking for some insight from folk smarter than me.

Hi mate, thanks for already give a try with my humble mod.
I'm sorry for being so late to reply your post. I was so busy with my real-life jobs :)

Related to your problem, I believe you must be using the 1.09c version (RTX OFF version), right? ;)
That trailing images cause by "Screen-Space Reflection" shader. It using Depth-buffer to work. And if CP2077 running with DLSS, CP2077's depth buffer seems also running only half resolution (or even lower). This make depth buffer so jaggies and full of artifacts (low res textures buffer). When a Reshade shader using it (e.g Pascal's "Screen-space Reflection" shader, or BlueSky Defender's "Super3Ddepth" shader or the other shaders that using depth-buffer) the result may not so clean, if DLSS is ON.

The only ways to solve this problem:
      - Disable DLSS completely
      OR
      - Disable "Screen-space Reflection" shader. Open-up Reshade UI and then unchecked "Screen-space Reflection" shader.

You can't run both (Please read the explanation inside the readme text). That the reason why, I still recommended if people who are using Turing cards or newer, should be stay away from 1.09c version. Since 1.09c version only for non-RTX or non-Tensors GPU.

      I hope you will understand.

      Happy gaming and cheers,
      Chris

I like this one a lot, I switched from my goto preset Cyberpunk Autonomous ReShade - True HDR
and been testing and I have to say my game looks nicer using this but we still need a good night vision or flashlight mod because when going into an unlit environment IE while looking for the tarot in the abandoned building it was pitch black & when adjusting brightness to be able to see, it ends up way too bright while exiting into the sunlight

Impact with ray tracing on is huge, especially during the day but without it it's smooth and it gives the game serious realism, so should be endorsed by everyone!

    Really good job doing this

Very nice reshade man! i was hoping that maybe you could add the border effect. I prefer my game to look more cinematic and the black bars ie borders make the experience more cinematic, it would be awesome if you could add that, Cheers!

Thank you, mate! Glad to know that you like it! :)

Sure, You can add border to this mod. Here the steps:

      • Download this Border.fx file shader (Shader by CeeJay.dk and Oomek) from here
      • Put Bordex.fx into folder: \bin\64x\simple-realistic\Shaders\
      • Run the game, and press END button to show-up Reshade UI
      • Give a tick/check on "Border.fx" to activate the shader, also feel free to make some adjustment (aspec ratio, etc.)
      •  Since you are a "cinematic" lover, You may also increase slightly the Dark Level, and turn-down a-bit the Color Saturation to make scene more cinematic look (yeah,.... I know, my shading is still far far away from cinematic look... LOL! that the reason why I didn't dare to add the border effect )

I hope you like it! :)

      Cheers,
      Chris

But, ...... hey? after I give a try to running it with Border. I think now I also starting to falling in love with this border thing. =))
It makes images on scene more dramatically awesome!

Ok, I will add this as optional (you can toggle it ON/OFF) in the next updates. Thanks for the feedback and the idea, mate!

Hey, really really nice visuals. Sorry to ask this question, but what's the performance impact of this reshade? Is it a strong hit to fps?

      Hi, mate.
Actually it's depend your GPU specs and your graphic settings (DLSS, RTX, etc.), the result may vary. but after I asked all my friends who already trying this, I can make a quick average: for this extreme version it's around 5-7 fps, compared to the lite edition that only take around 2-3 fps, since this extreme version is using higher shaders passes than the lite edition.

      Cheers,
      Chris

For me, where I am somewhat CPU bound, the impact is minimal.  Little to no compact, surprisingly.

      @Zanderat
Yupe, if you have a beefy PC then it's almost barely noticeable, so minimum.

But I don't dare to saying that since in the past some friends mad at me, after I said the impact is almost nothing. Lately, I realize that's was my fault, after I know that they might using slightly lower PC spec than mine. :)

Hi Mate, I'm sorry for being late to reply your comment. I fell asleep. My in-game gamma setting is default (1.0).

I'm using Guru3d’s Monitor setup "The three lower blocks" as reference for my monitor and TV contrast-gamma calibration.
You may check it from here

      Happy new year and cheers,
      Chris

that's taken by Reshade. It capture 2 files: original and after capture. Just try to press Reshade ON/OFF to compare it. As simple as that. ;)

I meant that my picture without Reshade installation or a shader does not look as blurred as your vanilla picture in the preview pictures.

TAA, DLSS and RTX de-noise process makes vanilla images become blurred.

Nope, this is not just preset. This is a custom shader. It's even cannot be mixed with Reshade standard shaders.
Please read the installation instruction carefully.

      But thanks anyway, mate.
      Happy new year! :)
