Changes damaging quick-hack damages to be way lower, designed to be used with HARDCORE22 - Realistic Combat Overhaul - 1.6 READY by cortlong50.
Damage will scale with intelligence and perks.
Installation.
Copy "bin" folder into Cyberpunk 2077 directory
Needs Cyber Engine Tweaks
With 10 Intelligence your damage without perks will be.

Synapse Burnout

9 /Sec for all rarity's as better hacks last longer and has extra effects.
Contagion
4/ Sec + a decent initial damage hit (no idea how much) higher rarity hacks have more effects
