I am not sure if this is intended, but it seems that this mod nerfs quick hacks into the ground.
Previously killing everything with one quick hack, expected, given what combat overall said. Expected result from mod, drop a basic enemy to half health +/- Mod, chips 10 pixels off the health bar.
considering how easy it is to kill things with normal weapons using the original mod (as intended), it seems reasonable to balance quickhacks into the ground like this, so probably intended. Combat quickhacks usually have additional effects like damage overtime or staggering enemies so it's still quiet useful. Also I think nonlethal combat quickhacks like shock one will still knockout weaker enemies if done from stealth (not 100 percent sure, need to test this, but I swear I've done it.) Not to mention all the non combat quick hacks that are super OP in stealth as well still function as intended.
It's already way too easy to abuse cyberware with the original mod, sandivision and berserk for example basically make you invincible. So ya, I think this nerf makes perfect sense. Just my take.
You install it by dropping the 'bin' folder into the cyberpunk directory? So you remove the already existing 'bin' file? That breaks my game. So how to install this?
If you're on Windows, dropping the "bin" folder from the .zip archive to the Cyberpunk folder won't replace the entire folder. What it will do is merge all the folders together and place the file itself where it should be. The only thing that will ever be deleted is if you have the exact same file name in the exact same folder that this one is in (i.e.--you downloaded this mod before and you're updating it). No other file or folder in the 'bin' directory will be affected.
I'm very curious about this mod bc I think combat QHs are too overpowered.
However, is there anyway to make this adjustable? I'm 25th level with a 14 Int and tons of QH enhancing perks and only causing 20hps of damage a second against enemies with at least 1000 hps. It's a bit too much of a nerf on vanilla (without the hardcord combat mod).

I know my Cyber Engine Tweaks work cause I use it with many of my other mods

Tried finding the modified values in tweakdb but it seems they are gone , I think they changed the hack names judjing by the tweak db atack list..
Is this intended?

I've changed the ContagionAttackLevel1 value to 0.0025 (from 0.01) and it feels a lot more balanced now.
